I got this design from Ilmango. Basically, the way it works is that we use a 0 tick sticky piston to push a waterlogged block which "transports" the water. We then freeze it with armor stands with frost walker boots and push it into position with pistons. We use quasi-connectivity to update the pistons faster so it actually moves faster then a normal flying machine.
