    Not much to say here other than I got my butt kicked. Nothing was easy. The row didn’t come as easy as I wanted considering I wasn’t trying to push the pace there. The goal was 10-5 or 9-6 on the thrusters the whole time but had to adjust by round 3. The crux of the workout for me was the handstand push-ups. I typically only have strict but the shoulders were gone and eventually I pulled out some ugly kipping ones which I haven’t even tried in like a year or two. I was so close to scaling those to push-ups the last round but figured I’m already here in pain, just finish it. The cleans were devastatingly tough considering I had 95 lbs on the bar. I definitely started to feel bad for myself during those and it showed. Poor effort. Finally, the burpees that I expected to push each round since they headed directly into a break had no urgency behind them at all. I’m humbled. If I wasn’t recording, I would have quit after 2 rounds. Give this one a go!
