My music volume is set higher than my SFX volume because the Witch Queen OST is amazing, if it's a problem I will fix it if I do another of these videos.

Personally I think having music and dialogue higher than SFX makes sense for these videos! Not enough that you don’t hear the cool background sound design and whatnot, but you know. Perfect!

I’ve been a hardcore fan of Destiny since the first one’s beta in 2014. Don’t want to count the amount of hours I put into D1. Albeit, I fell out of love with the series after Curse of Osiris. Got back into it with Light Beyond (the idea of using darkness powers? Yes please), took a break again and started playing again a bit recently. I’ll probably never touch this raid myself but I’m very happy that I can watch it with no cringy commentary from the big CZcams shills. Thank you so much.
It's interesting how you always see the "Upended" in background and as you progress through the raid, you get closer and closer to it, where you will finally face Rhulk.
It is a cool factor, like how Rhulk hijacks Ghost to mess with us during the Raid, giving us inklings of what we gotta do as he just assumes we're not worth his time, only to go more bat-shit crazy as we get closer to the Upended and stopping him from removing all Light in Savathun's Throne World and claiming it and its power for the Witness.

Drown In The Deep or Rise From It. Been watching this for the last week everyday multiple times to memorize this raid. After 10+ hours on day 1 conquest mode with 20+ players exiting on the first encounter I have PTSD lol but I Will Rise From The Deep!

I always found it funny how Rhulk tries to convince us to ditch the Light and join the Witness, when in reality, if we _DID_ serve it, we'd be under different chains, given how Rhulk basically is a babysitter for Savathun even with his loyal service to the Witness, and then there's the other factor of how the Witness likely would lie and manipulate us, like it did with Savathun, Oryx, and Xivu Arath when they were Sathona, Aurash, and Xi Po, just because it feared the Traveler granting them the Light. And as we keep surviving all he throws at us, even if he doesn't show it, Rhulk is getting madder and madder, especially to the point when we hit the top of the Upended to stop him, our objective just reads "DROWNDROWNDROWN", showing he's losing it we REFUSE to serve the Witness.
You did not drown in the deep but rose from it.

I really wonder what kind of power Rhulk and I think also the Librarian were using. I mean it could potentially be what the possible next Darkness subclass is based around. It certainly is cool enough.
Resonance would be a safe bet. In the photos where they first had this idea, it mentioned Frequency, Amplitude and Resonance. Most likely (and I could be wrong about this when Lightfall is revealed) we’re gonna control sound with Resonance.

@@numbjuhnuI mean strand still has some apparent relations to music, like string instruments. Light also has a lot of references to songs as well, particularly for Warlocks, and there are "musical" weapons in Destiny.

Question. Is your gear locked with raids and if so did you leave the fire team switched weapons and rejoined?
No, loadout is unlocked during all raids as far as I know. You need to change your loadout often to adapt to the encounter you're doing.

I’ve never done a raid before ever since I started Destiny (Except part of the Leviathan with an LFG. God save me.) But it’s pretty nice to kick back and watch one without all of the constant talking for once.

This was recorded 1 day after the raid went live for 1. 2: without a time stamp I don't know when you mean, so I am assuming I either thought they couldn't do the symbols themselves at the time or they asked for help with something.
