    Honestly the C8 comes with pretty good manifolds from the Factory.
    The length, and the shape looks pretty much the same of the Long Tubes one.
    I mean, it's not like the C7 that comes with extremely restricted manifolds and you can then add a TRUE long tubes (the one for the C8 Honestly are not long tubes, more like shorty/mid lengths).
    I think i would stick with the stock one if i had a C8.

    So curious since you removed all the heat shields what protects all the engine components from heat. There had to be a reason GM put them on the car?

    • @ParagonPerformance

      So you don’t burn yourself. We’ve track tested without the shields and the engine bay holds up fine. Doesn’t raise intake temps or anything.

    I just ordered a set of ARH from Paragon, and exicted to work on this. Can you explain a little more about the access required from under the car? I have a quick-jack 5000, so I can get the car 2 feet off the ground. How tight are the access holes to remove the wires and plugs? Thanks for any additional detail!

    • @ParagonPerformance
      @ParagonPerformance  Před 6 měsíci

      The holes are large enough to get both of your arms in there so you'll have plenty of access!

    I have a few questions
    Are the headers 50 state compliant?

    Will it void warranty?

    • @Kracka21C8

      They are not CARB certified.

    How long are the primary tubes on your headers? I have a C8 and all the headers I have seen, seem like their primaries are “shorter” than the ones on the long tube headers I put on my C6 & C7Z back in the day. Just wondering!

    • @ParagonPerformance

      They will be shorter than C6 and C7 headers due to how the mid engine design is.
