My mom passed away last week. She loved creed & this was her favorite song. I remember growing up, riding around listening to the album over & over. I played/sang this song to her a hour before she passed. I miss her so much. I know shes in a better place & no longer in pain. I’ll continue to play this song until the day I die to for comfort. My heart aches whenever I hear this song. I was teaching English in Japan. I had a Japanese girlfriend. I wanted to marry her and have a family. It never worked out. Her parents hated me because I wasn't Japanese. In the end, I left Japan and returned to Canada. I saw her on my friends suggestions on Facebook a few days ago. I clicked on her profile. She's been married almost 20 years with 2 beautiful children. I thought about contacting her but I just can't bring myself to do it. She's a good woman and deserves a good man, and it looks like she has that and a happy family. I'm crushed.

This happened to be one of those songs that we both knew and sung it walking all the way back home . ah the good old days it was only about five years ago but time flys by . I used to hear this on the radio as a kid but it reminds me of a friend who is still friends with me till this day . We were walking home from the mall and We started singing random songs . This happened to be one of those songs that we both knew and sung it walking all the way back home . ah the good old days it was only about five years ago but time flys by . Music always some how captures moments in life there's a weird power that music has over the spirit . Maybe that's why ttraditional native Americans used to play music together around the fire while smoking the peace pipe . It channeled their spirit and forever in their spirit will they be able to live forever . I think I need some more peace pipe weed please .
