I can't get a clear answer at all on processing times. I get 10 months, 10.5 months, 12.5 months, 14.5 months....they just throw random numbers out there, it's ridiculous. having to go through all this paperwork, pay all these fees and cant get a straight answer.....yet come up from south of the border...no questions, no vetting, no fees, just waive them all in! What a joke! You basically get penalized for doing things LEGALLY!

I have had the I-130 approved since May 2023 and they have not answered me anything, it is through citizen children over 21 years of age, this is the proposal that the government should give since we have been here for so long and without a statute migratory.
