Ive been thinking how regional Australia has been betrayed by the Australian Givernment for the last 15 years. Education is underfunded. Mining fracking the food bowl. Water rights owned by big corporates.

Wow, what a great answer & comeback by Minister Michael Mc,Cormack, so absolutely correct, labor wouldn't hav a clue about " Regional Australia " at all & dont give one concern or interest, ( could use better adjectives but,") you're got to reside in the (city labor bubble) leafy suburbs in the inner city,s of Australia, hence thats why you have teal & greenie puupets now in Caberra eh, (what goes around comes around in the end!!)

Not a betrayal, regional voters don't vote for labor. Now when the Nationals do what they have been doing.. that's a betrayal.
Honestly the Australian Government does not represent the best interests of Australians at large, they merely represent their own self interests and special interest groups that can afford them (as demonstrated by the rewards they receive from their owners when they finally get off the public purse)

Governments have betrayed Australian's for years by not having the courage to ban smoking. 100s of thousands of Australian people have died because of greedy Governments gobbling up the revenue as the coffins ⚰️ go marching by . Yes it was a lot of people's choices to smoke but thousands where trapped by an image and the thought that it won't happen to me . A few people fall off there bicycles and how quick is the helmet law applied to save lives ( and of course bring in extra revenue) . You put up the price up to stop them and all the smokers children suffer . Governments are greedy and embarrassing. Bet you New Zealand ban it long before us .

This clown must think everyones memories as bad as his. 80 million dollar water buyback for flood plain water that was said to worth nothing and the 80 million goes into a tax haven for an Ag company formerly run by Angus Taylor signed off by yours truly water minister at the time family man Barnaby Joyce comedy at its worst.

How about some GPs in rural Australia who are able to take on new patients.
I live in a town of 10,000 with a brand new $30 million hospital and have to travel 3 towns away to see a GP.

You didn’t mention that rural Australians are subsidising evs for mostly city folk. EV’s wont go over rough roads with kangaroos bouncing out of nowhere or in flood waters. Also didn’t mention that city folks can retire in their multi-million dollar city property with minimal savings and receive a pension but country folks with cheaper housing and an equal amount of savings to match value of city folks home value and country retirees won’t get a pension.

They are all the bloody same, just Labour is worse by a magnitude. You need to see a specialist doctor, oh thats just a 700km trip, your wife is having a baby sorry we dont do babies in the bush anymore, pack her up and put her in a motel for a month 3 or 4 hundred kms away. Roads are rubbish, we stoped mowing the verges to save money, then banned bull bars, now we are cutting you back to 1.9 litres dsl engines it never stops. As a life long Bush person I am well and truly sick of it, all our taxes going to support 12 day sports carnivals and endless inner city issues, city people who would not know the front of a cow from the arse of the cow never stop telling us what we should be doing. The quicker this country breaks up and all city dwellers get too live in their own filth and pay their way without inferring in country peoples lives the better. The population has doubled in the last 30 years but not one new dam built, why because brainless bloody protesters from cities by and large dont want anything to happen in this country anymore.
