In this video I made Pizza tower 3D! Pizza tower is a recently released game that has received a lot of praise of it's art, gameplay, and sound, and I knew that it would be the perfect candidate to make a 3D game of. The task was not easy, but if there was anything I had learned from Peppino Spaghetti, it's that I needed to climb this Pizza Tower! (With the tower being making a devlog and game) I decided to make the game using Godot 4 and thought that this could also serve to be a tutorial for those using it for the first time! I managed to recreate the Pizza tower intro in 3d and much more, stay until the end for a reveal of the game.

Hey it's not new there is mod for it TWO YEARS ago so it was just added to steam
There is actually 4 Mach run types Mach 2 is just very very VERY fast before it’s gone
Ironically, making it impossible to fall off the map makes this 3D Pizza Tower more like Mort The Chicken.

This legitimately has so much potential to become something big. If you ever plan to come back to this project, I encourage you to hire some animators/ artists to help out and give some of that “pop” Pizza Tower is known for. You’ve nailed the movement of the game so far and I hope others use your engine to eventually create full fledged 3D Pizza Tower levels in the future!

I think you may be able to use Vibapop’s Peppino models, they have Peppino (With Super Jump, Grab, Taunt, Scream, Mach 1, 2 and 3 and some more) The Noise (Scream, boombox and some others) and Boss 4 (Throw, scream, taunt and the fight end sequence)

There are actually 4 Mach stages, the first is gaining speed, the second is able to wall run on walls and is still gain speed, Mach 3 allows to go through enemies and scare them, and Mach 4 is just more speed

mach actually goes from 1 to 4:
when pressing shift he does the speed up animation which is mach 1, mach 2 is running but you cant kill enemies or break metal blocks, mach 3 is breaking metal blocks and killing enemies and mach 4 is the same but it looks different
Mach4 is actually faster
This has a lot of potential, if you were able to fix that glitch and the end and add more maps it would be really cool! I know you prob won't but if you ever wanna I think many people would enjoy it!
This looks great. Game making can be quite a process on your own, even for something small like this.

Lookie here, someone forgot about (the real) Mach 1 again!
For those that don't know, there's a state EVEN before the Mach 1 stated in the video (serving as the actual Mach 1) that allows the player to turn around on the spot without skidding while still playing a running animation. It's a pretty short one, and it's barely even noticeable in gameplay, but it's there!

If these gets worked on more I’d only suggest on idea with is a wall run since I make sense with the idea of flow and it being 3D and all.

You actually have it wrong, you implemented 3 out of the 4 states he has.
Mach One was implemented.
Mach Two wasn't, this is what happens shortly after the Mach One.
Mach Three and Four were implemented.
You could make a movie if instead of unpluging an usb you have to decide which wire to cut to solve the whole problem in a limited time. Idk it just came to my mind.
