    i have done full back lever for 5 seconds
    but the only right aproach is to become very very strong at basics like abnormally strong before you go hardcore on skills
    goals are
    75% bodyweight weighted pull up
    100% bodyweight weighted dip
    10 maximum range of motion deficit handstand push ups with a slight pause on the botton positions just enought to eliminate any potential mommentum
    an optional thing i can go for is 110% overhead press of my bodyweight you gotta get that shoulder strenght for planche but the handstand push ups will do
    if i manage to do all these i will become jacked and every skill will be very easy due to my insane foundation

    I can't even do 10 clean pull-ups. I don't know how long it will take me to do all those skills, but I'm willing to work hard for it.

      These skills literally take years to master it like them and most of them are genetically gifted for the sport ass well

    i can do 90 degree hold but planch is very difficult,
    need some tips.

    I can do 11 clean pull ups 25 to 30 push ups and l sit hold now aiming for straddle planche - for achieving my goal doing tuck planche on flooor.

      D' is distance from force from ur hand to shoulder but not the length of arm . My enlish knowledge is so bad lol
