All the haters on here! What the heck? This is an awesome song. She's got a great voice. Look at it this way: its a way to expose opera lovers to metal and metal lovers to opera. Fusion. Pure musical fusion.

How am I only finding out about this band in 2019? This shit is great! I wish more symphonic bands had operatic vocals
I'm not really sure why people seem so against this. It sounds a bit similar to old Nightwish and the operatic vocals make this sound a very dark. Personally, I think it's really interesting and theatrical. Not all 'goth' influenced rock that happens to have a female vocalist needs to sound the same you know. If people didn't try new things, all music would be boring.

I like how hard the operatics go! I haven't heard much of that before, but it makes it sound really tense and ominous and kind of grand. Also, the vocalist's outfits and looks are AMAZING. This is cool.

This is a bit different from operatic metal. Instead of mixing operatic vocals with metal and forcing them together, this is literally opera to a metal beat. Instead of forcing the two contrasts together, these guys just let it mix naturally. And it works. If anyone gets what I'm saying, would you mind making it less confusing? I just woke up.

As with any new genre, consider it acquired listening. Her singing is clearly more traditionally operatic than other more generic groups within what is already a Nightwish-worshipping style of music. The music is amazing; the voice brings it together and it feels epic beyond belief. I'm sorry for all of you out there that need to understand lyrics to enjoy music... I realize that could be a game-killer for many people. For me, her voice is a clearly powerful instrument and everything sounds the better for it. One of my favorite finds in the genre in a while. Such a shame to see the score how it is. I make my own decisions, however. \m/
Finally a new female fronted metal band that has a singer who can actually SING. This is overly dramatic, but it works. I mean, that's the point, and doesn't seem ridiculous. I'm quite impressed! Love that they're not trying to pull off the poppy side of metal, like many of these bands try to. The instruments are amazingggg!!! Great work guys! All the best and much luck from Colombia

+PuggiTheGreat The thing is it's not entirely new. I'm sure we're all familiar with the works of Tarja Turunen. She manages to make it work, but this, it's just too cluttered. Maybe tone down the production and modify the singer's technique and it just might work, but until then the heavy vibrato is just going to continue to clash with the curb stomping grooves.
