I myself I am beginning to put one, two, three things into correct and proper perspective but not yet completely or totally and I don't doubt its the same situation for most of us contributing , watching or listening. My question firstly then is sir are we then more correctly historically speaking the Aboh people ? I stand corrected if this is not the case. Secondly is the issue of the imposing , I call it narcissistic attitude and outlook of our brothers we call the Igbos which do not help in the matter at all. Their perspective is that they are the ancient ones and infact groups like the ukwuanis are subordinates or subgroups to them the Igbos. Please expand also on this their seemingly erroneous claim and how to deal with it. I hope there will be subsequent fora and interviews. Ishegwari.
@crypto, Ukwuani is not a subordinate group to Igbo. Ukwuani is an Igbo dialect. There are plenty communities in Anambra n Imo that migrated from Ukwuani. We are same people. What is wrong is this attempt by some of us to create a seperate Ukwuani ethnic identity which is false. Oguta in Imo state speaks better Ukwuani than Obiaruku people. Go visit there. Even Nnewi people tell you that they nnewi bu nwa onye oru. Just as the oke Ogwezhi said Aboh Mbaise in Imo state know they are from Aboh. You cannot seperate Anam, Atani, Ndoni, etc from Ukwuani. Igwe bu ike. Lets us stop seperating brothers n kindreds

@crypto, what brought this conversation, which was even alluded to in the discussion, was that Ukwuani Trumpet did an interview a few days ago with one Elugbe who obviously lied that Ukwuani people migrated from Bini. Azuka Ogwezhi had countered that today and stated that you cannot seperate Ukwunia from your so called ' Igbo' of Anam, Atani, Aboh Mbaise, Oguta, etc. He clearly and correctly stated that 'anyi bo ofu'. The only divergence i hav with him is that migration was only one-sided from west to east of the great river(Niger). For me it was both ways. One other thing i picked from this session is his claim the eze chime who founded some clans i Aniocha North is actually from Ogume. There is actually a village in Ogume clan that bears Umuchime and i had always wondered if there was a relationship.
@CRYPTO, to answer your other question on whether i am igbo or ukwuani. Pls note that Igbo is not the opposite of Ukwuani. Igbo is collection of several language dialects and Ukwuani is one of the largest among them. So for me, an Ukwuani is an Igbo person but an Igbo may not be Ukwuani. Same way an Utagba Uno person is an Ukwuani but not all Ukwuani is Utagba Uno person. The identification is akways from family to village then clan, then dialect, then the ethnicity.
Thanks for this insightful video. Are we not confusing Ethiope for Ethiopia? Because in few references i've came accross i only see Ethiopia Sea. And also in the Bible Zephaniah 3:10 " King James Bible: From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my suppliants, even the daughter of my dispersed, shall bring mine offering."
