I am getting 45-60 fps on dx11 ultra settings on my rtx 3050 . I have same specs as you but the only diff is that I have 8gb ram. Is the reason for such low fps due to the ram?

yo how do you deal with the temperature is 80C or 90C normal? or too high
upto 85-90c is kind of normal but lower is always better for hardware lifespan.
Improve air intake by using a laptop stand/cooler plus you can limit cpu gpu power from software.
