I watched this Video about 5 times so i was familiar with how to install this lock freezing the frame step by step helped a lot and found it easy and clear to install. People who cant do wood working should get a professional installer. The Quality is about the same you get with all the locks i looked at. Time will tell how long it lasts but is a great looking Lock from the outside.

Installed one today and the deadbolt won't lock from. the outside? Could there be an issue with the installation or is this a product fault? Bizare it will undo but not lock from the outside only.

These lock are absolute trash. Customers aren’t happy.

Purchased these locks,nice front plate,but mechanicals are cheap and nasty including lock and dead lock low quality for the price and very fiddle to fit.
Returned for refund.
