I saw it coming but thought I could handle it....fortunately it didn't get out of hand, but I did get hurt in the end...i took the blame for any things that happened because I was over 18 and knew there were risks associating at all with an older man but still wanted the experience.

I’m a huge Cassie fan since 2006 and what hurts as a fan is that we’ve been praying for a second album and couldn’t understand why it wasn’t happening when she was dating “hip hop elite” puffy and now to find all this out. So heartbreaking.

My Dad knew her parents thru a former gf. I remember her coming to my house and playing with my dads ex’s daughters. She was a very sweet girl and very shy. I was shocked when I started seeing her in magazines and when her single came out. Then when her relationship with Diddy went public I was REALLY surprised. I’m just glad that she’s finally found peace and happiness and I wish her all the best. 💜

I grew up with her in new London. She was always a sweetheart. She was also there the night I met my husband (now ex). She was dating diddy at the time and came home during the holidays and walked into a crappy dive bar in new London. She wore a neon Givenchy antigonia bag and sat down next to me. She WAS wearing sunglasses inside. I feel because he hurt her. She was going to have a huge career and he ruined it. He didn’t want her to have a big career so he sabotaged her career. SHE CAN NOT speak out now that she accepted the settlement out of court. The settlement stipulates she can’t write or speak out about anything to do with him. She is one of the celebrities that had the X factor and a crazy aura that draws you to her. She was always known to be kind. I was meant to go to the Williams school with her but got turned down due to my math scores.
She’s in new London right now. She has and always will have a great reputation for being so down to earth. ❤

He drugged her, that's how they got intimate the first time... Basically he prayed on and manipulated a young girl. He trapped her. She ended up being in a relationship with her abuser... Often it is a way for victims to normalise what just happened to them.

I was always confused as to what exactly people were expecting from the lawsuit. Cassie got exactly what she wanted from it, all while still speaking out and exposing what happened to her. Did people really think he gonna allow this to go all the way to trail? ?? A man that has been able to get away with so much…Not only that, I also can bet that Cassie herself didn’t want it to go all the way to trial for several valid reasons. She filed a lawsuit and was compensated and still no amount of money that she receives will be enough to erase the horrific experience she endured all these years.

The resilience she must have to not only SURVIVE her ordeal with him, but to go on to open her heart to love, raise her kids, then double back on his ass to hold him accountable. I have so much respect for her.

I’m so glad Cassie spoke up! As a SA/CA survivor, I advocate for all victims, and Cassie did great! She doesn’t owe the public a trial, I couldn’t even go through with mines without the fear of being re victimized by the general public because society is not empathetic towards victims, the vast majority either thinks you’re lying or will find fault in you, the victim. If only people could understand this!

This video blessed my entire life learning about her life before Diddy. I've prayed for her non-stop and her family. It's sad to get pulled into an industry not knowing anything about it and trusting somebody only to find out he had evil intentions for her. I really pray that she'll be one that actually survives all of this. I've even cried about this.
