I never realized you had a tough upbringing; that made me very sad. I'm so happy you're able to a new place where you can connect with your friends. I broke with my ex about 3 years ago too, and I understand what you mean about the loneliness especially during covid. Sometimes I feel like I'm still locked into 2020, but I'm trying my best to cheer up, eat healthy, and find happiness being alone. I feel like I know you; thanks for opening up because I think it makes people realize they're not alone with how they're feeling. As someone that has family ALL in Wisconsin, I literally feel the word "Landlocked" in my bones. I'm the only person in my whole family that has lived in a different state. The excitement that I feel when I'm on a plane is truly out of this world and it just saddens me deeply that my family thinks I'm totally bonkers for wanting to do solo traveling. I literally suggested taking a vacation on my birthday week to Salem, MA because I've always loved the Salem Witch trials part of history and it wildly fascinates me. I was only met with extreme confusion by my older sister and father. They think that I'm crazy for wanting to travel by myself. I try explaining to them that there's more to life than just living in Wisconsin and that there's more to see out there. But all I get are "No you shouldn't do that." or "Why the heck do you wanna do that?" It's just SOOO exhausting.
Sorry for the rant LOL. I truly do hope your doing amazing! I'm positive that you will make this new house your home

You would’ve been one of those kids that would have somehow came to our home and it would’ve became your home and I mean that more than just the house. I am not sure how but my daughter must have that personality that attracted kids from different walks of life and it’s so funny to see her get married to her now wife yet all of these kids that I have half raised still coming for family dinners and such. It warmed my heart more than you know, we just had one on Sunday because my daughter and her wife are moving to South Carolina for a year to help her dad out starting a new business. I can’t tell you how much my heart is sinking deeper and deeper into the ground because I just can’t imagine being that far from her but I have to have faith that it will all turn out in the end.
I am just so excited for you on your new endeavor and I know you will make this house your home. I’m just excited to watch it all.
I am feeling a bit sad for you as you pack up and leave your precious house in the hills. Moving is hard and exciting too as you know. This cottage is so darling. And the yard is just gorgeous. He's from Romania as well and had a traumatic childhood, so he never really had a stable home as much as his mom tried to give him stability, they didnt get it till later in life. This is the first time we have lived in the same apartment for 3 years, but now he wants to move again, lol.

I've moved around a lot in my lifetime over 30 times including a time where my mom and i lived in a woman's shelter to escape a toxic environment. I never really had a home per say but i did live in the same town for a good portion of my life just moved to different homes around there when my dad got tired of paying high rents. I definitely understand having to move. I always said i could be a professional mover cuz i can pack up a U-Haul in a day. A lot of my things stay in tote boxes cuz I know I'll just be moving in a few months again anyways it sucks to not have a stable home. We live on HUD so we don't know if we'll end up moving when the rent goes up each year or if we'll be evicted for something minor even.
Would love if you did a video about how to handle breakups/get over exes…I recently broke up with a wonderful long term partner and have been taking it pretty hard. I feel like you’d have honest & mature advice if you’re comfortable sharing with your audience!

I had a chaotic childhood. Abusive parents. And I've been the opposite. Moved to a beautiful peninsula on Southern England 20+ years ago and even though the devil mother has left. Here did feel like home for me as a kid. 7 year old me was like enough new homes every 6 months was wayyy to much but I love that you're an adventure seeking mover and I feel like the other part of me can live through you xxx
