TWO Sharks Ready To Make Some Dough With This Pasta Company | CNBC Prime - Zábava
Love how mark stands up to seal the deal before the guy even responds. He knows how to get what he wants!
I dont think it will close at final, its said that only 50% of the show close when its all said and done, no matter what they said on tv.
One does not simply deny Mark.
pure arrogance. They only gave the poor guy 1/3 what he was asking.
That guy is going to be a very rich man after making this deal
@@um8440 nah mark said in an interview it’s about 80% closing post show.

"the fact that you will even give me an offer, believe me that's wonderful"
hahahaha, even he knows about Barbra's "i'm out" habits.
Lmao i didn't think of it like that, I just thought he has good manners and respect. But this new thought of him knowing Barbara is always out is freaking hilarious 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Barbara - “This is the best meatball I’ve ever had, and for that reason I’m out”
😅🤣😂
😂😂😂
She literally was not out
She should just say I am Barbara and that's why I am out
such an old joke.
I love that lori trusts mark so much she only asks how much of her money is going in with him
That’s some serious respect there fr! ‘How much of my money are you giving him’
Mark is a good guy
@@caseyporter499 not when he sells your company short Check how he got wealthy.
@@jaimhaas5170 I already know. Question is what have you done. Never heard of u.
Mark is also worth 4.3 billion so theres that. lol
I've eaten his food at least a dozen times, it is amazing! So happy for him.
where exactly is this spot? I live near Columbus circle and I have never heard about them before this episode
Imma be in new york next week! I'm ready to try it
The way Barbara went on about those meatballs I really wanna try em now...ha.
@@vanessahello9888 it is in Manhattan
I’m so glad you like it. It is actually my uncles buisness!
You know that food had to be good. Not only was Barbara the first to make an offer, she actually made an offer lol
Cpo
And she wanted 50 percent because she really wanted the meatball
She tasted the balls and of course she was in
She tasted the balls and of course she was in
@@Tradetek1 that was 50% of online sales only
🤣 that's the story how Mark got 50k discount for his 20% share. True shark
Mark Cuban was a savage. He got a 50K discount, paid 100K for 20% and Lori paid 50k for only 10% and then stood up like the deal was done 😂 he knows how to get what he wants
I love to hear how the company doing now. I thought he was being greedy but he is a shark lol
Yeah he ended up making lori agree to his deal cause she made that comment about only 5%
That guys a sucker how would he not catch that. Should of asked Lori 75k for 10 percent
@@welhynole4082 lol the deal is never done on stage backstage with lawyers is when they really negotiate in fine print. This is just for entertainment purposes
@@fj1914 I know but agreeing to a deal and then changing it backstage is a bad look, you can look at the final agreements on a website. Almost all agree and sign with the actual agreement. Also the business owners don’t have lawyers on the spot there they call them since most traveled hundreds of miles to be on the show
lol barbara still saying " wait a minute "
Lori: “What would be left for me?”
Mr. Wonderful: “A MEATBALL!?!”
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
The guy could've asked for more money. Mark was willing to pay 150k for his 20%
Yeah! Mark just got a 50k discount on his 20%. Dude is quick witted! 😂
He wouldn't have got it, they always use 'theres 2 of us so you have to give more' as an excuse
@@jaimhaas5170 Dude! He initially offered 150K for 20%. So by your math, he was at 75K per 10%. Lori went in. He dropped his investment to 100K for 20% and Lori 50K for 10%. Also, I am not American.
@@jaimhaas5170 nah bro, Mark initially offered $150k for 20%. Then when Lori joined in the guy ended up giving 30% of his company and getting the same $150k. Check your math before insulting others 😂. But I agree, Americans in general are pretty bad at basic math... even worse at geography
@@jaimhaas5170 Rewatch the video and check your math bro😂😂
Mark: I'm giving 150k and I want 20%
Lori, entrepreneur : would you please be more helpful Mark
Mark: ok since you guys are nice I will give you less money 100k for the same pourcentage 20%
Done
That is why he's a billionaire and others aren't lol
And so many people in these comment sections claim he is such a nice.guy. He is selfish as all be.
The pasta man could have got an extra $75,000 for free if he wasn't so busy shouting. Spaghetti brain 🤣
Mark is saying he wants 20% in a shared deal for a total ask of $150k, not he's offering $150k by himself. So if Lori also asks for 20%, they each offer $75k, but knowing entrepreneurs don't like straying too far from their original ask, suggest her drop to 10% is why they shared it in thirds.
@@jaimhaas5170 You telling me that you wouldnt do that exact same thing in his shoes? Its business, not charity
Mark offered $150,000 for 20% of the business but ended up getting 20% of the business for just $100,000. That's a $50,000 discount. I'm happy that the entrepreneur has Mark and Lori to help him out on his journey.
Actually, after watching tens of episodes. I realized how Barbara is a very nice one. She is only so straight forward. Her deals comes from the heart and I think she is the only "angel" investor in shark tank, the rest are really sharks.
I know this a meme but Barbara also closes more deals than Lori or Robert. Forbes made statistics of this which proves it. Robert closes 46% of his all deals compared to Mark's 88%.
He should have gone with Barbara, this looks more of her expertise
Barbara's a classy shark.
@@hamzzak yup. She is the shark with the most expertise in turning small food ideas into million dollar businesses
And for that reason I'm out _probably Barbara
Barbara: “This meatball is Out of this world, and for that reason I’m In.”
1:28 Mark's face says it all
I wanna know how many businesses Lori has a percent of because I feel like she gets every deal 🤣
Look at shark tank tales, it gives all the sharks deals. To all those ppl that think they are hilarious telling pathetic unoriginal jokes,Barbara often wins deals.
@@user-wickedflower true and she invest more than the other sharks after Mark Cuban
@@user-wickedflower lmaooooo
She has invested around 9 mil dollars so well u can prob calculate it urself that she on average pays 200k atleast each deal
I love this guy’s energy!
Guy seems to be happy and hard working person, great presentation!
He was willing to give 15% and 15% to Lori and Mark each (Hypothetically), Mark very cleverly solved both of Lori's and Pasta Man's problems by structuring it in such a way, where he pays less, and keeps both Lori and Pasta man happy! (That's a billionaire mindset) 100k for 20% + 50k for 10% = 150k for 30% 2 Sharks deal. What's only surprising is that he came in asking 150k for 10% at 1.5 mil valuation and got cut down to 500k
He got Sharked
Barbara couldn’t believe the best meatball she’d ever eaten had been FROZEN. She had a vision with that meatball shipping business, I’m so upset they don’t offer that.
Has anyone in NY taste it? Shed some light
Mark and Lori give me work husband and work wife vibes lol .. they always do deals together and I bet they really are good friends lol ❤️
Work husband.. lol.. weird
The guy had no time to answer he just said “come on!” Lmao
That pasta looked sooooo good
holy cow it’s 2am and that stuff looks so good….
They just took that deal 😂 😂 😂 didn’t even allow him to say yea 😂
Barbara jokes never get old, just like her 😂
Barbara: I haven’t had balls in my mouth in years and for that reason I’m out
Barbara: Even when I'm in, I'm out and for that reason I'M OUT
That’s gotta be a REAL GOOD MEATBALL!
The fact a millionaire who has tried meatballs from a variety of places says it’s the best meatball she’s had
I got feeling all these business owners thinks, that to make a good presentation you need to scream and be over exited lol
AND SCREAM BABYYYY
Barbara: “I enjoyed this meatball a lot, I’m going to make you an offer that I think you’ll really like, and for that reason I’m out”
Wasn't Mark Cuban offering initially 150K for 20%? Then changed it to total 150K (Mark + Lori) for 30%. How Brandon didn't see that he just got screwed and was so happy about it? I am shocked.
No HE wanted 20% for himself. What ever percentage Lori felt comfortable asking for was her issue but he made it clear that he wanted 20%.
His reaction was the best lol ahhhh come on!
Loved when he says whaaaat
I remember this guy as the GM of a restaurant😄

Barbara - "This is the best meatball I've ever had!, I'm in and for that reason I'm out".
Mark: I'm Kosher with that
Also Mark: Eats non Kosher pasta
He was too excited to accept the deal. 🤣
I'm soooooooo excited for this guy. Let's Goooooooo!
its so funny to see that one happy chubby big guy in glasses they're always in a great mood xD so much so that they keep you wondering how you yourself can be so positive
Lesson: product quality always speaks by itself.
Nobody would have thought this guy will get a deal unless they tasted them
Barbara sure knows how to make a deal you can refuse, and for that reason she’s out!
Love Barbara
Great, now I really want to try those meatballs!!🤣💖
The pasta man lost 10% for no season. Hopefully he realizes this in DD.
he didnt lose 10.. he had already offered 15 and 15 to mark and lori all they did was decide that mark got 20 and lori got 10.. still 30% just split differently
he only lost 50k, mark originally was going to give 150k + 50k from lori = 200k, but then mark switched it up to 100k and 50k from lori
The deal never closed, actually. So he didn't lose anything lol
His name is not the pasta man I just want to say
He’s like “why not”
They confirmed the deal without him saying yes lol
Hahahahaha love this guy
they got up like they already had a deall...lmaooo
0:50 - was Daymond about to drool 🤤
It’s so cool, to me, being a total tourist while in New York, that I knew exactly where Columbus circle was when he said it.
why are all the good restaurants in new york damnit
It ain’t necessarily good just because it’s expensive lol
Los Angeles has better food that comes from food trucks! We have a little bit of everything to. You like fettuccine? We got the best fettuccine 😚👌🏽

I’m kosher with that 🤣
Barbara - "This is the best ball I have ever eat".And I forget to mention meatball.
I can't get over how Mark moaned after eating the pomodoro
He couldve taken Barbara's offer and sold meatballs separately online. His deal with the other two sharks can be separate from Barbara. Now he has two business, a physical restaurant, and an online meatball only shop.
$150,000 for 50% are you kidding me

That Pasta hit the fan.
Hahaha my favorite pitch!
Well, that was a slick way of cramming an offer down the guy’s throat!
Essentially momofuko noodle bar idea for italian pasta and less curated
Barbara: Give me the recipe for the meatballs and I am out.
Why do people have a negative comments about Barbara? Not anyone of you who mentioned her name appreciated the fact that she’s offering a deal.
Mark is so smart he got 20% for $100k
Next time at Columbus Circle. Yum! Yum! Then to Central Park.
$150k for 30%? They hijacked his business, imo.
Mark stood up because they gave him exactly what he asked for so why wouldn't he say yes
I think he gave up too much equity but working with Lori and Mark will make up for it , they seem like great people
im very interested in finding one of these pasta places in chicago.
I'm from around there and this place made me think of Noodles & Company
I love how most of the comments under shark tank videos are roasting Barbara.
I think 150k for 20% and 75k for 10% from lori would be the fair price for this success of a business
That made the deal for him wth🤣
Yummmmmmm, I want some nowwww😭
Ahhemm there’s a Italian prince that’s been doing this out of his truck in Los Angeles lol

I like this guy he will succeed. Very positive energy
:D
His main location is in Chelsea NYC. I live half a block from there and its my go to pasta place. Very good pricing for the amount and quality of food. Its semi-busy but have the same locals going there. I think business has since died down a little bit since sharktank but still phenomenal
Barbara: quite, i need to tell him i'm out.
😂😂

That looked so good.
it really is, the meatball tastes like if gordon ramsey himself cooked a meatloaf and shaped it into a ball, and im not exaggerating at all, I have no idea how long they let the meat marinate in the sauce for, what kind of seasonings they are putting in it but one bite and you wont be able to stop eating. Guarenteed.
Ugh this looks good. Sadly I'm not headed to NYC any time soon.
good for you my friend
One thing about this clip: Barbara is, apparently, a SERIOUS meatball aficionado.
so if i'm understanding this right, he loses 30% ownership for 150k instead of just 20% for 150k?
no he offered 150k for 30 if he got mark AND lori. mark offered 150k for 20% and when lori wanted in he offered 30% to mark and lor for 15% each and then they took it but mark if only paying 100k for 20% and lori is paying 50k for 10%
Correct, but he gets 2 sharks instead of 1
Awesome
that was the best shark tank one i have seen!!
Mark just thugged his way into an unsolicited deal. Wtf
Barbara at the end: Wait wait a minute, I was going to tell your I was out!
jewish and Irish lmaoooo I love it
