1:42 , Prannoy, as they say the devil lies in the details. Telangana per capita has highest because of bifurcation. Hyderabad, one of the top 5 cities in India went with Telangana, the per capita which earlier used to be averaged on 23 districts is now averaged on just 10 districts. But if you look at Karnataka, despite double the size of Telangana, they are almost on par with Telangana on per capita.
