I hope your doing better girl! It gives me hope that I can see a little light. I’m truly thinking of trying antidepressants I’ve tried naturally and just not working. My depression is so awful and have anxiety as well. You are so brave for sharing this video and makes me feel less alone 💛I can totally relate with the chest thing it’s scary and frustrating. Plus I have derealization... to the point I get stressed out bad my hair been falling /: thank you for the hope beautiful 🙏🏽💛 hope you are well!

I love you too! It's hard but you will come back better than before. I started listening to daily affirmations and it drastically changed my mood for the better. God has more in store for you. You know I'm here is you need me. We can't heal alone.

This is cliche to say, but keep your head up. I go through experiences similar to yours but my mental issues lie more with anxiety than anything else. It's actually so bad that I've struggled to barely leave the house nor hang out with anyone in the past year. If you ever feel like you wanna talk just to get things off your chest, don't hesitate to reach out to me. You're very beautiful and I know that things will slowly start to get better for you with enough time and patience with finding out what makes you happy. Thank you for the video and thank you for being so real and transparent.

I know the feeling so well. My whole life is a constant struggle to feel just normal and calm. Im trying magnesium and omega 3 lately it does help me a lot but there are still difficult days.. : (
I’m praying that you’re able to find relief from your pain sooner than later. It took me months to heal and I’m still fighting to feel “normal”.

Have you seen a psychologist yet. Major Clinical Depression is no joke. I have been dealing with this for 20 years. The detangling brush really does work. My hair is 4C very coarse and thick.
I deal with the same things. Have for a while( years). It comes and goes. I’m on meds that work for the most part. I have to work through the panic attacks. I get quiet and breathe slowly through my nose. I see a psychologist and a counselor. Go, see a doctor. Talk to a counselor. It helps. I’m proof. Let your family in on what’s going on with you. There isn’t any shame in seeking help. I’m praying for you, Soror.
I know this video is a year old, but I just wanted to say thank you for documenting this. I have always dealt with depression, but I've always managed to shake it off or just spoke to my friend(s) to shift my mood. Now, that I'm a mom and just dealing with so many changes...my depression and anxiety is at an all time high. It's gotten to the point where I cannot express myself the way I want to. I am going to try my best to seek professional help because I've been experiencing anxiety attacks lately. I don't want to make this comment "too" long lol. But, thank you again for showing me that there are people who go/have gone through this as well...also, for being brave to show others because it's not easy at all. Hope you are doing better ❤
I'm son sorry for this late response but thank you for watching my video. I've been doing a lot better but there's still tough days. I'm happy you were able to see similarities in our situations and know that you are experiencing depression. When I posted this, I thought I was the only one who felt this way but I have gotten comments from people like you who feel/have felt the same way. This comment was made so long ago so I'd love to hear from you to see how far you've come mentally and emotionally.
@@GoBrandi Hey! No need for the apologies. I'm doing much better as well, and I am glad you are too. I definitely do have my tough days, especially due to a recent event that occurred. However, I have gotten better at dealing with my anxiety/depression. I finally spoke with a therapist that had given me some tips on how to manage my moments of feeling severely anxious. Now, I'm just on a journey of healing, embracing my anxiety, and just learning to be present with myself/time. Thanks for responding back and being caring enough to ask how I am doing.

did you mention to the doctor u've been having apetamin because cyproheptadine has some side effect on heart rate and that may cause chest pain.. get well soon
Thank for the well wishes. I wasn't taking apetamin during this time they pains occurred. I showed my doctor as well and he wasn't concerned with the ingredients. I have just have high stress and anxiety which are triggering the pain. If I am experiencing any side effects from the apetamin, I will make sure I make a video to warn others.
