15:16 - As someone who regularly works with Indian teams in the IT industry (not the scam centers), I can assure you that there are so many different languages in India that they would, in fact, speak English to eachother.

Well supposedly that call was a "scam" as they said so in the call itself, even though that bit was 100% fake. Scammers are utterly committed to the bit and will actually try to talk their way out of getting caught right up to the end at which point they just hang up and remove your number from the call list.

Hindi isn't very prevalent in the Southern regions. They prefer using English when speaking to people outside their state as every person with at least a primary school level education will understand.
We do make an effort to learn the main languages of other states if its needed though.

Not always the case. There are cases where contractors do the work they were hired to do, the people don't pay, and the contractor is 100% in the right when they smash all the work they did and leave the house with the mess.

I have studied these types of cases. I know my shit. You could say they made a mess in your house, sure. But 9/10 times the contractor wins in this case.
@@ItApproaches wrong, if they remove the improvements and leave the house in it's original state then they can sue for the work hours both for putting the stuff up and removing it again but if they smash the improvements and just leave it like that they themselves will be liable for a lawsuit.

Yes, the self-checkouts have scales, but how they use them depends on the programming. And, sadly, here in the US stores have trimmed down the attendants so one attendant has to deal with 14 self-checkout lanes (at my local store, for instance).
Yeah, I think most of the ones I've seen lately don't have the scales on anymore, and even if they did you just press a button that says skip bagging and it doesn't register... that said, they do have people that watch the cameras, and there have been many stories of people being prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law even for completely accidental instances of theft.
Stores set the self checkout up to increase their own profits and to watch people, they are intentionally creating a scenario to tempt people to steal, they allow the stealing and have it on camera, they let you get away with it so you will come back and do it again and again, they wait till you have stolen enough to hit you with a federal crime, then hit you and boom make even more money off you. It's all a plan.

Ironically most Indians will actually speak English to each other. At least in a situation like that. The reason for this is because India is massive and it is has a couple dozen different official languages. So unless you happened to be from the same region chances are the only thing they could "both" speak is English. Which is considered a unifier language more or less there.

In the car video, if the guy pulls his car out, he's legally responsible for the damages. It's the vehicle moving when the damage is done that's liable. The other car got there because they turned in. You can see by the way the tire is turned. The basically swept in, pivoted by the back wheel, so that's how he got that close without causing any damage. Really, its basically a lawsuit bait. Similar to the folks that jump in front of cars.
Saw the same video with the black lawyer stitching it
and the other car was in its parking spot, its the filmer's car which was over the line, so it would be hard to prove who parked there first anyway.
If I was the guy who parked the other car, I'd instantly take a video too complaining 'about how this guy parked over the line and blocked me in'. Don't even need to use it, but the phone's timestamp would suggest I'm in the right.
What are you supposed to do, though, that really sucks for the guy that got trapped in...

Fun fact: when I was a cop, I used to intentionally park my cop car close to other cars belonging to fat cops so they'd have to call for me over the radio and admit they were too fat to fit in between. I left enough gap for anyone that took their job seriously to still be able to fit. I'd show up and get in their car and back it up for them and then just walk away silently. This was always at shift change so everyone would see it. Eventually I was told by brass to stop but at the same time they implemented semi-annual PT tests so goal accomplished.

Bodies naturally degrade over time. It's part of the aging process. Any improvements you're seeing are likely attributed to style, makeup, demeanor, or various other qualities. I'm simply saying that the human body does not improve its "hotness" over time. The best case scenario is that we better adapt to hiding that fact.
