playing bublik is quite a risk everytime. you never know which version you get. from laughably weak to god mode. must be tough for the opponents.

Phenomenal from both players. Literally one point decided the match. Bublik is turning into his indestructable montpeiller self and it's a joy to watch. Can he actually beat medvedev? If there is one surface where I think he has the biggest chance it has to be madrid clay. Although medvedev is improving a lot here even by last year's standards. I think bublik will just squeeze past in three tough grouling sets. Should be a fun match.
I believe Meddy will win.

He was the second worst returner in the Top 50 for the 2023 season after Eubanks. 9/10 players never manage improve their return stats in a meaningful way from their early 20's as it depends on reaction time, vision and speed. Things that decline from age 18. also coupled with the fact that better players that you face are better servers and better in-point players.
