I always appreciate when people do these kind of songs for their auditions; they aren't really songs for "auditioning" in that they don't show off what you can do, so it's a bit harder to get that "wow" effect. However, these are some of the songs that move us the most and drudge up the most emotion
I mean people just like the high screams and just that. they are amazed and clap like dumb for that when a singer do that.
well imho, if you can properly pull off a song like this, the "wow" will be even greater. Johnny´s version of Hurt is extremely difficult to pull off from an emotional standpoint.

@@dark3rthanshadows A voz é dele, ele só preferiu usar o tom grave no início, que por sinal ficou muito bom, só não mostrou o seu total potencial! A partir de 1:40 ele começa a descer as notas e subir o tom por isso a voz mudou, e daí mostrou seus draives e o seu potencial!

Essa música foi feita pra ser cantada do jeito que é! Em momento nenhum ela pode ficar feliz! Por isso eu acho a voz já envelhecida e grave do Johnny Cash perfeita.

Concordo. Estava ótimo até o momento que pegou uma entonação "alegre". Inclusive pela própria letra da música a entonação tem que ser "sofrida".
Desde quando o gajo deu uma entoação alegre á música? Por cantar num tom mais alto!? Tb na versão original o fazem. Pelo contrário, para mim o final foi mais sofrido. Esteve brutal.

tanta gente canta bem menos que eles,e os três apertam,esse cara arrebentou e demoraram um ano para apertar o botão,vai entender....
é uma música complicada de avaliar e provavelmente os juris estão à espera de encontrar alguém que chegue aos agudos e graves facilmente, ele só demonstrou isso lá mais para o fim. Da mesma forma que há imensa gente no Idolos que canta super bem mas é rejeitado porque estao à procura de alguem mais "pop". Perfis...

Eu teria virado minha cadeira. A voz é afinada, ele alcança os tons, o drive natural da voz soou bem, consegue subir e descer tons com facilidade, tem ritmo... ele se encontra na música. Eu com certeza viraria minha cadeira seguro de que estaria fazendo uma boa escolha.
Ele é muito talentoso, muito bom.
