Dear Yudi J, my earnest request to you to please clarify one point for a laid employee. He was laid off and during laid off grace period applied for B2 as he did not get a job during this period. He got a job after about 5 months and his employer’s attorney filed again for approval of B2 first and approval of H1B thereafter. He was approved a B2 for a day and H1B after 7 days and this 7 days became unauthorised stay. My question is can he now join the company wef the approved H1B date? Request earnestly you to reply me. I would be ever greatful to you.

I would look up for the companies before signing up. Looks like Amazon, Walmart do come so they are big on supply chain - just don’t know enough yet if they hire those roles during this conference.

Probably not as effective but she mentions how can you have 1-1 slots booking and also group bookings. But I would try for in person.
