Hello Sir I am a regular follower of your videos & have been greatly benefited as I can apply these concepts to my work. Just a slight confusion around the fact that do we have to collect data on Y & X's simultaneously because as we collect data on X's we consider the sample size as per the power of the test & while collecting data on Y we take into consideration the estimation sample size. Request you to please advise on this query.
I recommend when you collect data on xs you should collect data on Y for those samples as it will get similarly across all the xs when analysed

Case study was amazing. I have one question for you whatever you have explained those tools and techniques those are applicable for physical and digital products both right. So some of the tools which you have used I also use it in my work flow basically I am "Ux designer".
I focus on enhancing the user experience and also do similar kind of reasearch.
Design thinking is what I do to solve problems and enchane user experience.
My process is " empathise, define, ideate, prototype, test" and this is a continuous loop .
So can you tell me the difference between both of our work flow.?
In my opinion DMAIC is the ultimate thing and other methodologies are evolving from DMAIC Or DMADV which means define, measure, analyse, design and verify the design which is more close to what you are using. This is used for new product design and development.
Mohit sir, the case study was good, but if you could use the mouse pointer atleast to point out what you are referring to, would have been more helpful to a learner. As you are mentioning information from the material it is hard to identify what you are referring to. Thanks

Hi Sir ,why we need to do Moods median test .Only if the Y is continuous and its NON Normal then we should do Moods Median as per earlier vedio for Hypothesis test .
Y continuous non normal and x discrete and has 2 or more variables - Moods median test

Is it compulsion to use the same tools which you've mentioned or I can choose the alternatives for DMAIC tools ? For example: Pareto Chart for Analyze phase..
Pareto chart is discrete data pictorial representation. To conclude whether an identified root cause is significantly impacting the project Y you will have to use hypothesis testing. Otherwise it is not a GB / BB project. It will only be a yellow Belt project

there must be a way. Is quality of your work is monitored? That could be source of information.
Get feedback from contact centre on what customer want and act accordingly. I hope this helps.

1) Is this valid for DMAIC ? Cycle time comes under lean category ?
2) It is SIPOC or COPIS ? Whom to use when ?
It is not correct to say that cycle time comes under lean. Cycle time is continuous data and can be analysed through six sigma tools
Sipoc and copis are same. To give customer priority COPIS is created otherwise no difference
In this case study ..
one thing comes in my mind that if the perticular bank knows about the customers are unhappy with their late International money transfer system and they are shifting to other banks because they are able to give the service in 2 days only .
Then Without wasting time why they are not actually working to change the system ,They should start the system so quickly .
Why they are wasting time on such a lengthy process of six Sigma ?
It is test your hypothesis before investing heavily in improvement
