One Cold Winter's Night is pretty easy to recommend on the whole, but any time they have a guest on stage is just kinda special. This means you can add Center of the Universe, Nights of Arabia and Moonlight to the already long list. :)
Okay, now, you have to react to these Kamelot songs: March of Mephisto ft. Shagrath, The Great Pandemonium ft. Bjorn Strid and Sacrimony, ft. Alissa White-Gluz and Eliza Ryd. You'll love all of them.
It's not amongst my favourites, but always brings a warm feeling to my heart every time I hear it.

I saw that tour in Portland. Epica was opening it was an amazing show!
Two completely different Within Temptation duets: "Somewhere" with Anneke van Giersbergen is a ballad from Back Symphony concert. "The Other Half of Me" with George Oosthoek from either Black Symphony or Silent Force tour is a contrast between light and harsh vocals
The Black Symphony version sounded more badass while Silent Force version sounded more “polished” in terms of vocal performance!
For another great metal duet you should do Breaking the Silence by Firewind, it's killer and their voices work together and interplay amazingly well. If you haven't heard it.

Actually has Kamelot a long history of bringing along talented singers on tour. As they were touring with Nightwish in the US 2012 they had both Elize Ryd (now Amaranth) and Alyssa WG (Agonist, Arch enemy), which became handy when Anette Olzon got sick. As many also said. Simone is married to the keyboardist.. not so hard to bring her along.

Kamelot and Epica are two very close bands you know. Simone is married to the keyboard player. 😊 (Lucky bastard 😆) Also Epica got their name from the Kamelot album with the same name. Roy Khan, Kamelot's vocalist at this point, has sung on an Epica track and Simone has sung on a couple Kamelot tracks. 😊 And as previously stated in the comments, Roy Khan is indeed norwegian. And, also as previously stated, his old band Conception released their first music since Roy joined Kamelot last year. Their first music in over 20 years in other words. If you wanna check out that I wanna suggest "Feather Moves". It's not really the song that showcases their style the most, but what it does showcase though is his voice. Definitely one of 2018's best songs for me. It's amazing.

Please check out Ayreon - The Day That the World Breaks Down. It goes beyond a duet. It has 11 great singers!! There is a music video that's worth doing.
I remember the first time I listened to this track, it was one of the first tracks I ever listened too, it was sooo goood! Sweet memories guys =) Would love to see you guys react to: Hulkoff - Ibor & Aio (feat Joakim Brodén from Sabaton). Both you guys will love it for sure :)

Not sure if you'll read this, but maybe in your own time or on a video but since you like them singing with each other Kamelot House on a hill. It's so beautiful.
Whilst I never saw them live with Roy, I was lucky enough to see them in Sheffield with a sneak peak of Tommy doing Centre of the Universe, and a duet with Fabio and Simone.

Vikings comes from Norway, Iceland, Denmark. Sweden.
But mostly Norway.
Scandinavia is considered to be Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.
When it comes to metal and hardrock, Denmark is left behind, as Norway, Sweden, and Finland has a bigger scene of bands, better quality of music.
Roy Khan of Kamelot is Norwegian, he is now in his old band Conception, check them out, they released a new EP some months ago.

Well.. i am Norwegian, and as proud of my ancestry as anyone. But there were more vikings from Sweden and Denmark than there were from Norway (Norway is a mountainous land, and can only support a fairly limited population..well, at least back in the day). Although you could say that by general rule of thumb the Swedes went east (Baltics, Russia, etc), and the Norwegians and Danes went west (England, Coast of France, etc)... there were also Swedes going west, and Norwegians and Danes going east :)

Note, Kamelot is at least part Norwegian. And Vikings, in Engenland, were both Norwegians and Danes.
I believe Simone and Oliver (Kamelot Keyboardist) are together. She was heavily pregnant when I saw Epica in Australia
Great song, i heard this song the first time some years ago, it made me look up Simone and through that i discovered Epica, which is such an accurrate description to that Epic band! 🤘🤘

Finland isn't actually Scandinavian, it's a Nordic country but Scandinavia is part of the Germanic culture group while Finland is Finno-Ugric and a good pinch of Baltic.
