As much as I would've liked to have seen Poch given a full season... I'm not sure he's going to last... because next we face Fulham, then Middlesbrough again, and then Aston Villa, followed by very difficult Premier League fixtures. Realistically, it's looking very bleak for him unless he starts with a win with Fulham this weekend. Poch and the kids still haven't figured out how to play against low block teams. It's the same since Nottingham Forest and Bournemouth and Brentford since the start of the season. I think that's where he has failed tactically.
Also, the players will have to take a lot of the blame. This is why I think that a new manager coming in will still have alot of the same problems with this mediocre group. They are injured half the time, passes backwards most of the time, and misses chances after chances, gives away the same silly goals after silly goals from set pieces, and Colwill unable to defend as a LB. No wonder we are mid table and lost against Boro. Because we haven't learnt from the mistakes or evolved since the start of the season. Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong.
Please, god, just make them win against boro in the 2nd leg and the final somehow. Even if they just scrape past.

I'm a 55year a blue fan seen the worst of chelsea and lived long enough to see the best times,honestly this is the worst I have seen my club play back in the 70s the team at least fought for the beautiful badge of chelsea, this video Alex you made after the game should be taken by bohely and shown in the meetings with the owners,then should be put up on a screen in the players meeting room,this is the passion Alex that you and fans like me feel every week ,keep up the fantastic work ,it's a fantastic watch for the older fan like myself who is 61 years old,my four sons and grandchildren all future blues fans.GOD bless blues fan TV.

No experience in the dressing room, no real leaders on and off the pitch,We as Chelsea fans have had it good for the past 20years , back in the day we had leaders on and off the pitch. But football has change young players on big money with big egos. But them years are in the past now we need to start all over again.
