Don Callis was RIGHT - Takeshita and Will Ospreay put on the absolute, singular best match of the night, and that is saying a lot in AEW, and on this night, up against BCC/FTR, Swerve/Joe/Hangman, Danielson/Kinston and, of course, FREEAKING STING'S LAST MATCH. This was a definite "Match of the Year" candidate right out of the gate.

I am really glad for his personality it is different and exuberant. I think it really adds diversity him just being him he is awesome he is very funny. What an excellent wrestler! I think he will skyrocket to the top he has a way of winning peoples hearts with a smile and being completely genuine which is not often at all it is rare.
I lived in Havering when I was 17 and he's just like the average lad that walks around there but he's just phenomenal in the ring. Always makes me laugh 😂 Wish him all the success

I didn't know I wanted Billy Gunn's retirement match to be against Will Ospreay until now
Before AEW, I had no idea about the world of New Japan and the entire indie wrestling scene. AEW exposed me to a whole different realm of pro wrestling. AEW made me a "real" wrestling fan!
Getting to watch the likes of Ospreay and Okada on my television every week is a blessing i dont take for granted

IT IS unreal to have Will Osprey in AEW. Like, it was exciting enough to have them annually on Forbidden Door. But to have Osprey and soon, Okada and perhaps Mone on AEW???? My god... the contests for the few belts will even be tougher now.
ALL the top 40 wrestlers just below Samoa Joe --seriously, guys who can all hold the belt. It's gonna be tough. On the women's side, man... breathing down Toni Storm's neck are so many talents. Statlander is ready for the gold. You still have Shida, Thunderosa who was never defeated, really... you have Mariah May, Deonna Purazzo, Athena, ... also Julia Hart who is the TNT champ... then soon Mercedes Mone. It's an embarrassment of riches.

I’ve been binge-watching Will Ospreay matches, and he is going to be HUGE in AEW! His match with Takeshita reminded me of Bryan Danielson’s first match in WWE, right down to the bruising around the kidney area from a bad bump! Ospreay is for certain going to be a needle mover in AEW, and I’m certain the subject of a future bidding war with WWE - he is that good!
