The level of stupidity is high in this one. TBBT came first and ended before Young Sheldon. Therefore continuity is going to be a problem. Also ageing is a thing guys.

TBBT was before Young Sheldon. Connie's first appearance happened before the first episode of YS. She was supposed to be a recurring character on YS, if I am not mistaken.
