It's a lot of work running a party rental business. I would prefer to have someone (an employee) work if me on the job site to make me less nervous when something surprising happens with a customer.
Quick question off-topic. We will be purchasing our first 20 by 20 high peak tent with gutter. How well do these attached to each other to form a 20 by Also do you buy mostly 20 by 20s or bigger of the high peaks to attach to each other Keep up the good work Randy from Michigan:-)
I’ve never had anyone experienced yet. This way I can train them. I have a few rules for training my staff. Stay tuned I’m working on a video about this. But the main rule is never go anywhere with empty hands. This way they always have to be thinking what can I keep my hands full with and that will turn into automatic effective movements and program them to not slack.
I got about 5k to buy inventory. Im looking at getting 40 5foot tables and 200 fanback chairs. Is that a good place to start or would you recommend something different to start? Thanks love your videos
Hello, what program did you use for to create the sitting design. Also, I currently have a rental company. Im having trouble removing grease stains. I have tried lots of things. Any recommendations? Thanks

Hey Lee how did you find a staff that knew how to put up a tent? Did you find guys with experience setting up tents or did you have to train them?
