i was once told by an employer, during an itw,i told him that i only have diploma.his response really leave mark in my heart : he said i don't care how many certificate u have ,in my company it doesn't matter as long as u have the attitude and can get the job done its okay.
My poly classmates that came from ITE are so hungry and hard working and that is 20+ years ago.
It really depends on the person and not their educational level be it ITE or a primary school dropout.
ITE ended it for their students who do tech/eng NITECs....
How can one do these NITECs without Maths???
and later these very same Mathless students die in Poly courses and they wonder why....
