    Thank you once again for your help, you should do more video as I said I am amateur and don't mind getting my hands dirty i've done the clutch Suzuki gsxr1000 k5 I had no trouble and works fine

    normally you can clean them with WD40 they sometimes just get bunged up with crap ..This goes for all bikes

    What trying to say ?I have Got to put the bike in TDC while tensioner on the bike , thanks again for your reply.

    Can i take out the screw and the spring and just push the tensioner to the next click?

    Hei! Nice video. But why don't you install a manual chain tensioner directly, instead of depending from a thin spring?

    I need help understanding. You have to have the rather all the way in. But when u tighten the spring it comes out before you put it in the engine. Please help

    Hello, i wonder if this would apply to the GSX S1000 2015 which i assume is the K5 engine? i hear a slight rattle on my bike and it whines when i accelerate. Any input would be appreciated.

      Yes it's totally the same camchain tensioner set up 'so yes it does apply to the Gsxs 1000 - 2015

    Im trying find out how titen or if I can my timing chain or do hakf buy hoke tensioner it looks like this one its 2005 GSXR 600

    Do you have to do anything with the engine before having this out? Like cover off and hold the chain?

      No I did Not do anything extra , just Do Not.. move the bike plus Never ! Put the motor into any gear or pull the clutch lever in when the tensioner is removed from the engine block as you could run the risk of the timing to jump which would Not be good lastly I have done this mod on many Gsxr never had any problems

      just ordered ball bearing,washer and spring from MSP ...26 euro sent to me in Ireland.....small rattle in on my k6 so hope this will do the job.

    This fix for camchain Gsxr1000 k5 ? I can put a new spring in the tensioner and a ball bearing from a, gsxr k4 without taking tensioner off bike is their any thing I must do before I start this job. Thank you good video you should more of these videos.

      yes once you have replaced spring in the tensioner and a ball bearing.. with Not taking tensioner off bike... it will be fine just start bike... it will be fine
