Bizarre! Reminds me of that astronaut that drove from Texas to Florida in a diaper to confront her lovers new girlfriend. Note, she wore the diaper so she wouldn't have to stop as often during the long drive from Texas to Florida. Also note, that the astronaut was married, a career military officer, and had young children.

Usually, a dude will be shackled and handcuffed during prisoner transfers. But I guess a woman who fled the country to avoid prosecution doesn't need even basic restraints and can just run off.
Maybe she’s innocent maybe the candyman set her up 😆
They should allow her to be remanded to my custody where I can take care of her and teach her not to ever do wrong again.
