    Thanks for the update!! I have my tummy tuck this upcoming Thursday (11/10). Super excited and nervous at the same time! If there’s anything you didn’t know about, that you wish you knew about for the first week post-op recovery PLEASE share 😊.

      Super excited for you! One thing that comes to mind that I wished I did sooner would be to take stool softeners as soon as I got home from surgery. The medicines you take can constipate you. Also food prep healthy meals for you post op, it was so helpful to eat healthy after surgery. I have a prepping video and the first week post op on my surgery playlist if you want more information. Good luck in your journey! 🤍

    Thank you for sharing!! I have a TT w/ thigh lipo scheduled for next month. I'm really nervous. How was the pain for the thigh lipo?

    • @ItaCatherin
      @ItaCatherin  Před rokem +1

      Not bad, I would forget at times because the TT discomfort was more than the thighs. That will be the least of your worries. Good luck with your journey! 😊🤍

      Hi, I would say 3 to 4 weeks. It does feel so tight but with time it will start to feel better but don't push it. Take your time girl! Hope you are loving your results! 💓

    I’m going to just take a guess and say your surgeon was Dr Kohan only cuz your line looks like his type of work.
    Happy healing.

      @@ItaCatherin And 4 videos later and few months have passed, you still haven't. We respect you not wanting to share but don't promise people watching these videos for insight something you do not intend on providing. I myself already got my procedure, also I am not on the west coast but I can see why this could be annoying to people following your videos specifically to help them decide on a certain surgeon.

    • @ItaCatherin
      @ItaCatherin  Před rokem +1

      @@julie_fitzgerald Hi Julie, I hope you are having a good recovery! 🙌🏼 I will share my surgeon information but it is important to me to make sure my experience with him besides the surgery is really good before I mention and recommend him. I'm just on my 3rd month (although it feels like an eternity!) so once I do my 3rd month checkup with him I will have more of a concrete experience to base my opinion on and talk about him.

    Wat kind of exercise can we do at 7 weeks post op

    • @ItaCatherin
      @ItaCatherin  Před rokem +2

      I started with walking and free weights for arms. Then slowly started to incorporate more exercise that engages my core. I'm about to be 3 months post op and still slowly incorporating other exercises. So it's been a slow process for me.
