Every haunted house has a separate set of rules for their customers and their actors. I work in an interactive haunt and I get to touch people if they have on a designated form of identification. Sometimes accidents happen and the people run into an actor or the actor is so in character that they accidentally run into or touch the customer. It’s pretty difficult to keep a good distance when people react like they do.
