George Pendergrass is my all-time favorite singer. When I was 12 I heard his voice for the first time (singing this very song) and from his ministry, I turned to Christ and got baptized. I met him in person when I was 34 years old and I shared the impact of his singing on me with him. The man could not have been more humble in the conversation that followed. As a young lad, I became a singer because of him. Thank you GP!

I listened to this for 50 minutes straight! And played it several times when I got home. I could visualize the Messiah praying. I could visualize those evil people crying "CRUCIFY HIM..." It tears me apart that He suffered BUT, my heart is also elated because He endured pain and suffering for US. PRAISE YAHSHUA FOREVER!

These guys have always been a favourite of mine. And check out the Canadian guys called rhythm and news. I saw them 30 years ago. Amazing as well. Check one of the songs called “Da Na Na Na Na” sounds like a silly title but it’s awesome. They have lots more great stuff too. They are accapella as well. I think they have been around as long as Acapella. Both groups are awesome! Lots of great songs.

Funny...somebody cuss out wha mi nuh have recently because I commented that the new lead singers of Acappella weren't as good comparatively as the older set. Dwl, cause see it deh, only the greats like George, Waybourn, and Duane can recapture the sound and emotional appeal of these earlier recordings. Big up yuh self Keith....
