2001-SRN (DC) siren test, Ann Arbor MI

Tests every 2nd Tuesday of month at 1:00PM. March-October.
Weather permitting, it would be delayed to the 3rd Tuesday if rain or something like that.
Rest of county tests at 12:00PM (except Ann Arbor city limits)
There were several enthusiasts here.
