Additional note - if someone is going to use a program such as Canva, they need to create a brand kit ahead of time - including correct margins and print area. I agree that the cohesiveness of design is sooo crucial. I see the Frankenstein designs that are on the market and it makes my heart sad. They know what they want, but have not learned the pieces of design that you mention here. And please know, I’m not opposing what you share here in the slightest - precise design is one of the most crucial pieces of creating a great product! This is simply gold for those watching!!! 🎉❤
To those watching for themselves, Polly is sharing such great knowledge here, and definitely are mistakes that should be avoided. Please be cautious when watching YT content of others teaching how to use platform like Canva. I have seen so many that are simply not utilizing the tools correctly in their tutorials.

In my experience women are the target demo for 90% of my sales! But men certainly use planners!
