How do you manage the waste from your workshop? Much of the waste that is generated from your workshop would be chemicals or plastics/metal scraps (I am just guessing).
Please share your views on this. if you follow a specific process to decompose the waste generated, then it might help a lot of other detailers and even the general public.
Also, do you treat the water for reuse? Or plan to do so?

Sir why don't you have big chemical tanks that will erase all paints strip to tin levels. They have in abroad countries where they dip the whole car minus engine etc. You save manpower and create excellence in craftsmanship.
The amount of manpower it will take to strip the car by removing the engine seats meater panels etc is much higher then it takes to just removing one panel and scraping its paint
Coz it's either expensive or they earn less margins on it or they don't have much cases where paint stripping is required. It's all profit and loss, part of Business. Same reason why they don't have suction based denting which will obviously give them less margins and the initial equipment is expensive.
Just imagine the man hours required to uninstall all the interior parts & works, power & communication cables. After that again install the same as per OEM standards. It will take ages to deliver the vehicle to the customer😂
@@ntshbhide4 Niteesh I am no way being pessimisstic. Just this idea of saving money and brining in more clients who will be more happy to see their cars minus paints. Seeing real dents etc hidden under layers of putty will be satisifying.
i however is very appreciative of guys doing excellent work inspite of challenges at BROTOMOTIV. GOD bless.
One thing is more important in Indian industry. We have very low cost manpower. And rules and regulations are not as per human being requires. So, manpower is cheap and easily available. That is why we have less robotics operations industry compare to abroad. 😢
