Hate to sound like "that old bloke" but I'm still yet to see the match of quality of comedy that came out of this era. Today's is great in it's own way but from Rik & Ade, Fry & Laurie, The Blackadder team and the python's, for me nothing comes close.
So glad my childhood was wasted on watching true comic geniuses.
