- The American city of Baltimore, Maryland, is notorious for its significantly high crime rate which ranks well above the national average. Violent crime spiked in 2015 after the death of Freddie Gray on April 19, 2015, which touched off riots and an increase in murders. The city recorded 348 homicides in 2019, a number second only to the number recorded in 1993 when the population was nearly 125,000 higher.

In the Part I video, you see footage of the Knockers jumping out on those bruthas in East Baltimore. It looked like Milton Avenue, or Patterson Park.
Not much has changed in 40 years. Undercovers, in unmarked cars, are all over the place in Baltimore City.

I retired out army jan1 1995, from Leavenworth is. Met my wife she from Kansas City Kansas I was 39 years old grew up in Baltimore Gilmore project Bruce ct and Westwood ave. And I never went back not even for a visit.

Naw slim, this Era was deadly! You had hiv/aids which was a death sentence back then. Crack hit D.C. like a hurricane and skyrocketed the murder rate. You had to be on guard 24/7 a lot of the parents were addicts, shit was wasn't 100% bad but mostly bad. Not to mention D.C. and B-more was beefin so if you were from one and lived in the other you were gonna have problems.
