In the old days of league, one of my friends' favorite things to do was walk straight through the center of middle lane as jungle amumu, from one river bush to the next, and not gank at all, just spam that little amumu giggle. I laughed every time. We never won.

I played the game for a year just playing support and top, mostly soraka and voli. I didn't really improve until I played a bunch of jungle, playing tank/bruiser jungle with hard CC taught me tempo and map awareness.

I stared learning playing nasus too. I remember people laughing at me because I said nasus was hard because the most important part of his kit was farming with their Q. I deserved to be laughed at. I learned how to split push, how to pick fights, amazingly, it took a lot longer to learn how to play safe.
