    As range of root starts from 0

      For the 2nd ans ,,. Range should be [0, (Sq root of 17)/ 2] . Coz the min value of f(x) is 0. So 0 should be included.

      √-x²-x+4≥0
      So domain Jo bhi rakhoge us hisab se
      Range ayega
      [0,√17/2]
      Isme agar domain puche to woh Jo factors ha woh dono aur baki Jo value put karoge

      lol and it's falling now, coding wallah, teaching wallah, skills wallah, usning marketting statements that defies the very purpose of this channel and every thing he tried to help students get. I don't blame him, I'm sure he's forced to do some of these things by his investors and while I still have faith in his JEE content and agree that his jee and neet content is very good he i definitely losing his brand value.

    Ans-2 : sir root ke andar jo quadratic equation hai uski range to -infinity se 17/4 tak hai magar vo root ke andar hai to vo ek root function ban jayega or aapne function chapter me bataya tha ki root function ki range [0,infinity] hogi to mere khyal se question 2 me range 0 se 17/4 i.e. [0,17/4) tak aani chahiye sir ye mera ek try hai sayad hi sahi hai or please sir mere comment ko pick kar lijiye next video me or sir pura video bhaannat samajh aagya hai :)

    Answers to homework questions:-
    Ans 1: (-infinity, 49/4] by applying direct formula
    Ans 2: [0, (√17)/2] by first taking the quadratic under the root as z, finding range of z by using formula which comes ot as (-infinity, 17/4]. The range of f(x) will be the root of the values of z. In takimg range, real values are taken so roots of -infinity to 0 are not considered. Then we take roots of the other values and get the range as [0, (√17)/2].

      √-x^2-x+4 is always > or = to zero
      So.
      Lets assume if Square root are not given then range will be (-€ , -D/4a ] or (-€ , -4/-4] = (-€ , 1] ok
      By the root function rule
      (-ve value are not allowed but zero are allowed) so Finally range will be [0 ,1]
