Still can’t believe Phil hasn’t punched him after he’s threatened to expose his affair but what does he do instead make countless death threats like if your going to make loads of threats you need to back them up which Phil can’t do so he should of just punched Keanu which we actually know he can do.
Because it would be boring and one-dimensional if he just punched at every opportunity

The King of London has one Achilles heel, he will never kill or have you killed despite making endless threats to kill, and according to Sharon he does not make idle threats. Even prime Phil 2000-2003 would never kill or have you killed.
Phil in the 90s and early 2000s was more Honest about it as well he straight up told Jack Dalton that he doesn't kill people.
