this would make an awesome one bedroom. all the ceilings are vaulted, should be exposed. the small bedroom is above the bathroom and would make an awesome bath/laundry. its got a very good size kitchen/diner for its age.

Another budget friendly holiday home. As Aiden says ensuite addition up but i would definitely remove that space eating fireplace and remove that kitchen possibly swapping the space with the rear room. Lots of options here. Really like this one. Thanks for the great tour.
