This topic really gets people upset, it’s pretty sad. I happen to agree with you on heel strike 1st as it allows the ankle to stabilize the leg more gently with less shock up the chain, letting more muscles work to allow the trunk to rotate. People get to uptight about toe landings being gods word. Weird.

yeah, im with you - it's because it challenges the longheld belief that landing on the toe was optimal, which was common in the 90s-2000s, yet never was there any real evidence of it being the best way. Vast majority of MLB pitchers land on their heel. Whether you believe in the logic of it or not isnt even important in light of the fact that the best in the world do it 🤷🏻‍♂️

Why do you get so offended when people don’t agree with you? Curious…

I'm former professional baseball player, and I was told by my pitching coach to Land on the fat part of my landing foot, landing on the hills is not the proper landing, despite many pitchers do it,landing on the pitchers heels is more prone to severe arm sore and injuries, pla stop misleading the younger on their pitching mechanics,if you were a pro you should know better the best front foot landing

that's just your opinion, and one not based in fact. Do you have any evidence that landing on the heel causes severe arm soreness? No. Because there is none. Just because your pitching coach said so doesnt make it fact. Most MLB pitchers land on their heels, and this is a fact.
