Finland is always my favorite WRC stage. The jumps, the flat outs... I love it.
Very well filmed without excessive and very painful zooming.
It is so much more spectacular to film (almost) as our eyes see it.

@@user-lu6cy7hm2t it’s the sad truth, these past couple years cars sounded amazing with antilag. But the torque you can get from electric is crazy.
@@user-lu6cy7hm2t well it’s not for show, nothing is. It’s keeping the turbo spooled up so there’s zero lag. Anytime you put your foot down you’re instantly in boost.
@@ForzaWiz11 torque is strong. But EVs are heavy, which is a disadvantage.
@@Franko384 it is but I think that will outweigh , no pun intended lol, the fact that it is instant. From 1k rpm you are reaching maximum torque. In the HyperCars today like the lotus evija, they’re approaching 2000lbs of torque. The tech is definitely waiting to be discovered, it’s only the beginning. Just like we started with massive memory cards and CD floppy disk to store information. Now you can store trillions of more data in a tiny micro chip. They will condense in the future I believe with increasing power.

As someone who's always wanted to see a rally race, if I buy a ticket, can I wonder anywhere around the track or are spectators limited to certain areas? Just interested, would like to plan to trip to Finland or Greece. I just wanna see a race from some of these perspectives your getting! Great footage!
Finland 100% Finlands stages are very fast and jumpy. Its safer stay in public areas. 😉

I went to rally Finland in 2022 and its definitely worth it! You get a better view if you hike outside of the designaged spectator area. But please use your common sense, and pick a spot where you don't die if the driver looses control🙏

@@petesmitt I mean it is basically meant to do that, WRC cars suspension makes sure they don't bounce at all and survive huge drops. Most likely really uncomfortable for the people inside though lol.

Hell yeah. But still to make a rough comparison. The 2022 Rally Yaris weights 1200 kg with a max 500hp (Using the EBoost). And the Lancia Delta S4 only weighted 800kg with 500hp without the need of an Eboost. It could launch itself to the god damn moon.
@@OneRedKraken Probably one reason why they killed group B. They were so light because there was little, if any, safety regulations and standards.

What stages were these filmed in? I'm in a pickle, I'm trying to get a few rally fans to jumpy places this year. I didn't have the time to recce the stages so I'm going in blind! Any help would be appreciated!
The final jump at the end was the power stage (can't remember the name) but pretty much all of the stages in Finland are very airborne

Bruhh, when i try WRC 10 game, its so hardd to keep maintain grip at those speed and road condition. And they can flat out at this place.

Question to anyone who understands rally. I am a NASCAR fan just getting interested in the World of Rally. For these big jumps, like the Hyundai at around 4:31, how much can the car and suspension take? Is it damaged at all after a big jump, and if so, how bad? It is still drivable to limp to the end of the stage or is it totalled?
The car can take it, as long as the driver can balance the car correctly before the jump.
