He may be showing her how to handle a python to catch it. I'm from miami, florida. That's why there are moratoriums on them. I did not realize that they are moving towards the north and to georgia. It's really bad because pythons and block pythons do not have a predator to take them out except Humans. Yet there are pictures of a python that tried to educator and it Ripped its guts out. That python took on more than a can handle.
No clue why this guy teaches people to "wrangle" them when they should be killed on the spot.
