New York looks such a cool place.
It's such a cool city, there is just so much to do there. x
It's great, but it's intense. I've been close to 100 times in my life having grown up near there. It's an awesome trip, but break it into hunks would be my advise. It's a hard place to be for more than say... 4-5 days if you're not used to it. It's a pretty overwhelming place to my advise would be (if it's at all possible) to try to break it up over a few smaller trips. That's what we did at least.
Brilliant idea, thank you! With a 1 year old I thought city breaks are over for us (I travel a lot for work) and now you have inspired me xxx
Thanks Debbie you wouldn't really think of it as a good place to go with kids but its such good fun! x
I really love these travel guides so much. Such a different but cool idea.
Thanks Sarah I thought it might be helpful to anyone thinking about going to NYC themselves. x
Loved this I really want to go to New York now.
It's such a cool place x
The idea of NY always terrifies me but you make it seem so colourful and friendly x
It really was so friendly, everyone was so kind to us and really helpful. x
It's not scary at all. People are so friendly. I travelled on my own with my 16 year old daughter and never felt unsafe once, even at night, on subways etc. Obviously you have to use common sense but it's a fab place to visit, it totally won us over! X
Super inspiration for our trip next month with our 4 yo, thanks!
Loving these travel guides, we are going to NYC in August with our children so it’s great to get a guide from someone in a similar situation. Thankyou.
Ah I am so glad you are enjoying them thank you. Last one coming up this week at some point x

Yay I've been waiting for part 2 and can't wait for part 3! The Chinatown ice cream and Bubby's pancakes have me craving some sweets now!

I am thinking of doing a red eye trip to nyc with my boys ages 14 and 10. We will only have ONE DAY there so if you only had one full day which places should we go. Great video. New subscriber ☺
Love your glasses, where are they from please😎👼
Thanks they are from Glasses direct. x
Hi Katie, please share us your itinerary , how many days did you guys stayed in New York
Really lovely travel guide, so colourful and full of great information. X
Thanks Eve. x
WHY HAVENT YOU GOT MORE SUBSCRIBERS? I love you ❤️❤️❤️
Ah thank you so much lovely x
Did you bring a carseat? Or did you rent a car?
Great video 😊 What carrier are you using for Wren? Would you recommend it?
Thank you. Yes it is a toddler tula and we find it brilliant. x
♥️♥️♥️♥️
Did you carry a stroller? Going with a 5&3 year old. Thanks in advance!
Yes we had a stroller too :)
With regard to taxis, did your children just have to wear seat belts? No car seats/booster seats?
Never know & don’t really need to hire a car for New York, thanks so much.
Videos have got my planning our trip in 2 years time, got to start somewhere ha! Xxx
Hi Emma yes they just had to wear seatbelts, no one asked for car seats or booster seats bar for the longer airport transfers. I definitely wouldn't hire a car in NYC unless you had too- it is so busy and frantic. You can get around loads better by taxi, walking or the subway. x
Did you take a car seat for your son? I read that taxi’s are exempt from requiring car seats. Did you just have him sit on your lap?
Yes we just had him sitting on our lap.
Hi hun how did you plan your days
We made sure we stuck to certain areas each day.
I looked at the hotel you stayed in but it won’t fit the 5 of us in 1 room, any other suggestions for the 5 in 1 room that you might have looked at/stayed? Thanks
Oh really? How old is your youngest? If they are still in a travel cot they can definitely go in. Yes there was another one we looked at which looked good called TRYP Times Square which had proper big family rooms. X
Katie Ellison yeah youngest is 5 yrs old. Thanks for the suggestion 😁
