You can do a lot more damage fighting it head on, you just gotta keep dodging on time, especially when it does the stomp attack

Brutes can be pretty easy sometimes, you just gotta know the attacks. I killed my first one with sn uncommon crossbow and around 70 bolts.

💀 I killed it and I only have green weapons and was by myself.I haven’t killed the forest one yet and was looking at what the sand biome was like as I needed to visit it and within the first 10secs I saw the brute.I had 100 arrows and 2 green crossbows so I just built to high ground and his ranged ability was just being blocked by some perfectly placed tree so I just sniped him till he died 😂!
