I love beef carpaccio. My favorite is served with mesclun greens, capers, red onions, Parmesan and balsamic vinaigrette. My favorite calamari is served with a jalapeño aioli.

Husband and I have to do one of these foodie tours! We stayed at the Palazzo this past August and walked by many of those restaurants. We had a anniversary Dinner 🍽 at Delmonaco and it was amazing! But I really want to try all of these places out. 😃

Some really nice foodie options here, between these and Coolist's review of Mizumi, I've got tons of noms to try at that end of the strip! I love goat cheese, tzatziki and good calamari, so this tour hits my palate!
And this is how Food reviews are done...i really have to try the Spaghetti and cheese dish, as well as the aged NY Strip Steak...The cocktails look great, but you can't beat a good bottle of Wine or Champagne! Have a great weekend!
