నిరుద్యోగులు ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు లేక రోడ్ల మీద తిరుగుతూ నిరుపేదలుగా జీవిస్తున్నారు. ఉద్యోగం వచ్చిన వాళ్ళు వారి హుందకు తగిన వేతనాన్ని ప్రభుత్వాలు యిచ్చి గౌరవంగా బ్రతికి సమాజానికి అవసరమైన సేవ చెయ్యమంటే. ఆ ఉద్యోగంతో సమాజాన్ని పట్టిపీడిస్తు లంచం తీసుకుంటూ కుబేరులు కావడానికి పోటి పడి మానవత్వాన్ని మర్చిపోయి ఎదుటి వారి కష్టాన్ని వీరు క్యాష్ చేసుకొని జీవిస్తున్నారు.
కేంద్రం కొత్త చట్టాలను అమలు చేసిందీ కాని ఈ లంచం అనే మహమ్మారిని తరిమి కొట్టే చట్టాన్ని తీసుకా రాక పోయింది.
ఇప్పటికీ అయిన స్వతంత్రం వచ్చి 78 వ వేడుకలు ఘనంగా జరుపుకున్నా తరుణంలో ఈ లంచం అనే మహమ్మారిని తరిమి కొట్టే రేంజులో చట్టాన్ని రూపొందించి అమలు చేసి దేశ ప్రజలను కాపాడాల్సిన బాధ్యత ప్రభుత్వానికీ ఉంది.
